Payment methods

The Buyer can choose one of the following payment methods.

1.1. Online payment

Online payment is made immediately after placing the order on the website dasexperten.com.

Available payment method:

  • Bank card — payment by bank card through a secure payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, MIR).

After successful payment, an electronic cash receipt is sent to the Buyer's e-mail specified at checkout.

The Seller does not process or store bank card data. All transactions go through secure payment infrastructure.

1.2. Payment on delivery

When choosing payment on delivery, the following options are available:

  • Card payment on delivery — payment by bank card to the courier or at the pickup point.
  • Cash payment on delivery — cash payment to the courier or at the pickup point. In some cases, a commission may apply from the transport company.

Availability of payment on delivery depends on the delivery method and region. Information about available options is displayed at checkout.

Payment status

After placing the order, the selected payment method is displayed in the order system:

  • Payment status — Paid / Not paid

Refunds
