Returns and cancellation
Return and cancellation rules for orders placed on dasexperten.com.
General conditions
These return rules apply to orders placed on dasexperten.com and govern the return of products purchased from Das Experten International LLC (License 2221260.01, , address: Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE) (hereinafter — the Seller).
The Buyer may refuse the product at any time before receiving it, as well as within 14 calendar days after the product is transferred, provided the product has not been used and its commercial appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, and purchase documents are preserved.
The basis for a return is a return application sent by the Buyer to dasexperten@gmail.com.
Returns and exchanges of products of improper quality are carried out in accordance with the Law of the UAEn Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection".
Return of a product of proper quality
The Buyer may return a product of proper quality if:
- the product did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, colour, size, or configuration;
- the product is not on the list of non-returnable goods approved by the Resolution of the Government of the UAEn Federation No. 55 of 19.01.1998.
Return shipping costs for a product of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.
The Seller refunds the Buyer the amount paid for the product within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product and the return application.
The refund is made using the same method by which the order was paid, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Return of a product of improper quality
If the product has a manufacturing defect, is incomplete, or is damaged during transport, the Buyer may request:
- replacement with a similar product;
- a proportional reduction in the purchase price;
- a refund of the amount paid.
To process a return of a product of improper quality, the Buyer must contact the Seller at dasexperten@gmail.com and attach photo or video evidence of the defect.
Upon confirmation of the quality discrepancy, the Seller arranges free return shipping.
Order cancellation
The Buyer may cancel an order in the following cases:
- The Buyer changed their mind or made an error when placing the order.
- The Seller cannot fulfil the order due to the product being out of stock.
- The delivery status has not yet changed to "Delivered" or "Partially delivered".
Order cancellation is carried out by the Buyer through the website interface or by contacting dasexperten@gmail.com.
After confirming the cancellation of a prepaid order, the Seller refunds the funds within 10 business days.
Refund procedure
Refunds are made:
- for online payment — to the bank card used for payment;
- for payment on delivery — to the bank card specified by the Buyer in the return application.
A refund receipt is generated and sent to the Buyer at the e-mail address provided at checkout.
