Public Offer
Terms for the remote sale of goods. In force from the moment of publication.
1. General provisions
1.1. This offer is an official proposal by the Seller to conclude a contract for the remote sale of goods on the terms set out below.
1.2. The offer is addressed to any individual with full legal capacity acting on their own behalf (hereinafter — the Buyer).
1.3. Acceptance of the offer is carried out by placing an Order on the website and paying for it by the Buyer. The contract is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance.
1.4. In case of disagreement with any of the provisions of this offer, the contract cannot be concluded, and placing an Order is not permitted.
1.5. All conditions posted on the Seller's website, including delivery, payment, returns, and personal data processing, are an integral part of this contract.
1.6. During promotional events, the conditions posted on the website may contain special rules for ordering, delivery, and returns. Placing an Order for a product participating in a promotion means the Buyer agrees to the conditions of that promotion.
2. Placing an order
2.1. The Buyer places an Order independently on the website dasexperten.com by:
- 2.1.1. Selecting a product, specifying the quantity, and adding it to the cart.
- 2.1.2. Reviewing and editing the cart.
- 2.1.3. Filling in the Buyer's details: full name, phone number, delivery address, e-mail, and other information necessary for the Order.
- 2.1.4. Selecting a delivery method and confirming agreement with the delivery terms.
- 2.1.5. Confirming the Order and proceeding to payment.
2.2. After the Order is placed, the Seller may contact the Buyer to confirm the Order, clarify delivery details, or notify of inability to fulfil the Order.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order in the following cases:
- the product is out of stock;
- force majeure circumstances;
- inability to verify the Buyer's details;
- other lawful grounds.
2.4. If the Order is cancelled, the Seller refunds the Buyer within 10 calendar days to the bank card or account from which the payment was made.
3. Promotions
3.1. Products participating in promotional events are subject to special conditions indicated on the website.
3.2. Placing an Order for a product participating in a promotion means the Buyer agrees to the conditions of that promotion.
4. Price and payment
4.1. The price of the product is indicated on the website dasexperten.com. If a pricing error is detected, the Seller notifies the Buyer of the correct price for confirmation or cancellation. If contact with the Buyer is impossible or the Buyer refuses to confirm, the Order is cancelled and the payment is refunded.
4.2. The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer separately and is indicated at the final stage of placing the Order.
4.3. The price of the product may be changed by the Seller unilaterally. The price valid at the time of placing the Order is final for that Order.
4.4. Payment is made by bank card through a secure payment gateway. The Seller does not process or store bank card data — all transactions go through certified payment infrastructure.
4.5. Prepaid orders are processed only after the funds are received.
4.6. Bank card payment specifics:
- 4.6.1. Transactions are carried out by the cardholder or an authorised person.
- 4.6.2. Transaction authorisation is carried out by the bank. If fraud is suspected, the bank may refuse the transaction.
- 4.6.3. The Seller may verify prepaid orders and reserves the right to cancel the Order. The cost is refunded to the card.
- 4.6.4. The Seller does not store bank card data.
- 4.6.5. By paying with a bank card, the Buyer agrees to receive an electronic receipt at the specified e-mail.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out through delivery services available on the website when placing an order.
5.2. Delivery times and costs are calculated individually for each Order depending on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of the product, and are displayed when placing the Order.
5.3. The Seller makes every effort to meet delivery times, but delays may occur for reasons beyond the Seller's control.
5.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Buyer from the moment the product is handed over to the delivery service.
5.5. Upon delivery, the Order is handed to the Buyer or the person specified as the Recipient.
5.6. To receive a prepaid Order, a document proving identity may be required.
5.7. Upon receipt, the Buyer must check:
- packaging integrity;
- completeness;
- product assortment.
5.8. By signing the receipt documents, the Buyer confirms:
- receipt of the product;
- no claims regarding appearance and completeness.
5.9. The storage period for the Order at the pickup point is limited and indicated at checkout. If the Order is not collected within the specified period, redelivery is arranged after agreeing on conditions.
6. Returns
6.1. The Buyer may return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days, provided the commercial appearance, packaging, and documents are preserved.
6.2. Return shipping costs for a product of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.
6.3. Returns of products of improper quality are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the UAEn Federation at the Seller's expense.
6.4. Refunds are made within 10 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.
7. Personal data
7.1. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data (full name, phone, address, e-mail, and other details) necessary for the fulfilment of this contract.
7.2. The Seller uses the received data:
- to fulfil the Order;
- to deliver the product;
- to analyse the online store's performance;
- to inform about promotions.
7.3. The Seller may send informational and promotional messages with the Buyer's consent.
7.4. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data, except where necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or required by law.

8. Other provisions
8.1. The Seller may amend this offer unilaterally.
8.2. The current version of the offer is posted at dasexperten.com/oferta.
8.3. All text materials and images posted on the website are the property of the Seller or its partners.
8.4. A court's declaration of invalidity of any provision of the offer does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
9. Liability and disputes
9.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the UAEn Federation.
9.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the actions of delivery services or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
9.3. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement cannot be reached — in court at the Seller's location.
9.4. Invalidity of individual provisions of the offer does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
