Delivery
Delivery of orders placed on dasexperten.com is carried out through partner delivery services.
1. Pickup
The Buyer can collect the order independently at a pickup point. To do this, select "Pickup point" as the delivery method at checkout and specify a convenient pickup location.
After placing the order, a notification with order details and the pickup point address is sent to the Buyer's e-mail.
2. Courier delivery
The system automatically selects the most convenient delivery service based on the delivery region and available services.
After placing the order:
- the order is registered in the delivery service's system;
- a unique link or number for tracking is generated;
- the Buyer receives an e-mail notification with order confirmation and a tracking link.
Delivery statuses are updated automatically. Possible statuses: order placed → handed over for delivery → arrived at pickup point / handed to courier → delivery completed.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:
- the selected delivery method;
- the recipient's region;
- the time of order placement.
The average delivery time within the UAEn Federation is 1 to 7 business days.
4. Delivery cost
The delivery cost is determined automatically at the time of order placement and is displayed in the cart before order confirmation.
In some cases, free delivery may apply if the conditions of a promotion are met or a minimum order amount is reached.
5. Order tracking
After the order is placed and handed over to the delivery service, the Buyer is sent a tracking link.
Tracking is available via the link from the notification and in the tracking system of the selected delivery service.

7. Risk of damage or loss
7.1. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes from the Seller to the Buyer from the moment the order is handed over to the delivery service selected at checkout.
7.2. From the moment the order is handed over to the delivery service, the responsibility for the safety of the shipment during transport lies with the respective delivery service.
7.3. Upon receipt, the Buyer must check:
- packaging integrity;
- absence of external damage;
- matching the number of packages and product names.
7.4. If damage to the packaging or product is detected, the Buyer is advised to:
- document the damage in the presence of a delivery service representative;
- take photo or video evidence of the damage;
- draw up a damage or discrepancy report.
7.5. Signing the receipt documents without remarks confirms that the product was received by the Buyer in proper condition, and the Buyer has no claims regarding the appearance, packaging, and completeness of the product.
7.6. All issues related to damage or loss of the shipment during delivery are considered with the participation of the respective delivery service in accordance with the carrier's rules.
